The Streck ARM-D kit, ampC is a multiplex real-time PCR kit for the rapid detection of AmpC β-lactamase resistance genes in Gram-negative bacteria. This comprehensive kit allows you to detect over 200 ampC allelic variants in the clinically relevant resistance gene families, CMY02, DHA, ACC, EBC, FOX and MOX, and differentiate between plasmid-mediated and chromosomal AmpC β-lactamase resistance.

The ARM-D Kit, ampC is part of a family of comprehensive, multiplex real-time PCR kits that detect over 1,000 antimicrobial resistance (AMR) gene variants from 26 different gene target families.
