Streck Cell Preservative®

Streck Cell Preservative is an easy-to-use liquid preservative that maintains white blood cell integrity and allows CD markers to be measured through flow cytometric analysis. This preservative stabilizes peripheral and cord blood samples, surgical tissue samples, bone marrow and fine needle aspirates for up to 7 days prior to analysis by flow cytometry.

Streck Cell Preservative can be used to stabilize peripheral blood samples, cord blood samples, surgical tissue samples, bone marrow and fine needle aspirates. This broad compatibility makes it suitable for various specimen types requiring flow cytometry analysis.

Streck Cell Preservative stabilizes samples for up to 7 days prior to analysis by flow cytometry. This extended stability eliminates the need for immediate sample processing, reduces the need for cold chain transport and allows for batching of samples to optimize laboratory workflow.

Cyto-Chex BCT is a direct draw blood collection tube with built-in preservative for collecting blood samples with 14-day stability. Laboratories use Streck Cell Preservative when working with existing samples (bone marrow, tissue, etc.) or when adding preservative after collection is preferred.
