RNA Complete BCT is a direct draw blood collection tube that stabilizes draw-time cell-free RNA and exosome counts for up to 7 days when stored at room temperature. It contains a preservative agent that limits the degradation of white and red blood cells, maximizing plasma yield and maintaining sample integrity during storage, shipping and handling of blood samples. The cell-free RNA and extracellular vesicles (EVs) isolated from stored plasma are suitable for many downstream applications including qualitative and quantitative real-time PCR, Droplet Digital PCR, next-generation sequencing and Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis.
