Tom Davies brings deep experience across the full commercial lifecycle in life sciences, with a track record of building high-performing teams and translating strategy into measurable growth. He spent nearly 14 years at Bio-Rad Laboratories in progressive marketing and commercial leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Global Field Marketing, where he led demand generation and customer engagement across portfolios representing approximately $2.6 billion in annual revenue. Earlier in his career, Tom held commercial roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and R&D Systems. He earned an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Hertfordshire.
