Streck's Leadership Team

Eric Homolka joined Streck in 1994 and has spent more than three decades growing alongside the company. Starting in quality and manufacturing, he advanced into leadership roles that helped build the operational infrastructure supporting Streck’s growth. As Vice President of Operations, Eric oversees the systems, teams and processes that ensure Streck’s products consistently meet the standards its customers rely on. His scientific and analytical background informs a leadership approach grounded in both precision and practicality. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Graduate Certification in Applied Biostatistics from the University of Minnesota.
