Fall 2023 Career Fair Preview

It’s the start of a new school year, and here at Streck we are excitedly preparing to attend local fall career fairs. These events offer you a platform to interact with our team, explore exciting opportunities and learn more about our innovative journey. We look forward to connecting with driven individuals who are ready to join us in our mission to provide quality control and diagnostic solutions to laboratories, hospitals and clinicians all over the world.  

Interning at Streck

Our project-based internships are designed to give undergraduate and graduate students real-world experience in technical positions that align with their declared major or degree.

Why should you intern at Streck?

We provide awesome Programming Activities throughout the summer including:

1. Networking – We want our interns to meet and work with industry leaders during their time at Streck, but we also appreciate the value of peer-to-peer networks. We host meet-and-greet events during the internship so you can meet your fellow interns.
2. Volunteering – We are committed to the community and want our interns to see that side of our company during their time with us. All interns are given the opportunity for paid off-site volunteer work by one of our community partners.
3. Career Development – By experiencing our unique work environment and state-of-the-art biotechnical process, interns gain knowledge and skills that will be valuable long after graduation.
4. Exploring Omaha – We provide interns with opportunities to socialize with other staff outside of the workplace through fun activities.
5. Streck Trek – Interns are taken on an in-depth facility tour to better understand our business process.

Short-term housing at the University of Nebraska-Omaha dormitories will be provided to summer interns who live at least 50 miles outside of La Vista.
