Streck will introduce the Philisa® Real-Time PCR System, a 20-minute real-time PCR analyzer, at the Association of Molecular Pathologists (AMP) 2015 Annual Meeting in Austin, TX.
The Philisa® Real-Time PCR System simplifies and expedites PCR-based applications in laboratory workflows. The modular design of the instrument provides testing flexibility multiple users may access the instrument at the same time or users may run multiple assays in one or more of the four independent modules. The high speed thermal assembly facilitates rapid thermal change, and that speed paired with the instruments thermal accuracy yields quality data fast.
Streck representatives will also be detailing the companys conventional PCR kits for the rapid detection of the most prevalent ?-Lactamase genes.
AMP is a not-for-profit scientific society that advances the clinical practice, science and excellence of molecular and genomic laboratory medicine through education, innovation, and advocacy to enable highest quality health care. The 2015 annual meeting is designed to encourage dialogue and discussion on the emerging field of molecular diagnostics, and in particular, on topics of precision medicine. Find Streck in booth #304, Nov 5-7, 2015.
