Omaha, NE – Streck, Inc., is pleased to announce the election of four individuals by the Streck shareholders to serve on its Board of Directors.

David Conrad, Ph.D., Vice President of Research and Development of Streck, was re-elected to serve his third term; Bill Fairfield, former Chief Executive Officer and President of Infogroup, Inc., was elected to his first term and will serve on the Board’s Audit and Compensation Committees; Jim Linder, M.D., current Chief Strategist of the University of Nebraska System and President of the University Technology Development Corporation, was elected to his first term and will serve on the Board’s Compensation Committee; and Lisa Roskens, Chief Executive Officer and President of Burlington Capital, was elected to her second term and will serve on the Board’s Executive Committee.

They will join current members: Mike Cassling, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CQuence Health Group, who serves on the Board’s Executive Committee; Bill Gerber, former Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation, who serves on the Board’s Audit Committee; Michael Resnick, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Tallwoods Partners, LLC; and Connie Ryan, who was re-elected by the Directors to serve as Streck’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.
