Real-Time PCR System
The Zulu RT is Streck’s Real-Time PCR System. It is designed to simplify and expedite the workflow of real-time PCR-based applications. The Zulu RT offers unparalleled ramp rates of 15 °C/sec heating and 12 °C/sec cooling. Precise thermal control and accuracy, together with a sensitive optical system, yield quality data – fast: A 40‑cycle PCR reaction can be completed in less than 20 minutes.
The modular design of the instrument provides testing flexibility for the entire lab. Run four different experiments at once with 4 independently controlled 8-well modules. A single user can also run all modules together when larger throughput is needed.
Zulu RT provides a rapid real-time PCR solution for assays that typically take several hours such as reverse transcriptase real-time PCR. The system is compatible with all visible fluorescent dyes to allow easy optimization of your current assays into a rapid assay. Save valuable lab time without compromising results with Zulu RT.
