Streck has a well-deserved reputation for excellent Customer Service. Streck’s Customer Service representatives work to ensure customers have the products they need, when they need them. Streck also provides Technical Service support to answer product questions.

Streck’s STATS service is offered to customers free of charge. It’s an interlaboratory quality control program that gives participating labs monthly computerized reports comparing their values with a peer group using the same instrument type and control lot. STATS-Link®, a complimentary service offered to STATS customers, provides quick and easy electronic access to STATS reports through the Streck Web site.
