Streck also provides technical service support to answer product questions. Streck’s Technical Service department consists of a team of Medical Technologists. As medical laboratory professionals, they understand laboratory regulations and are aware of the critical role the laboratory plays in providing the most accurate results for the best patient care. In keeping with this, they strive to provide quality service with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Streck’s STATS service is offered to customers free of charge. It’s an interlaboratory quality control program that gives participating labs monthly computerized reports comparing their values with a peer group using the same instrument type and control lot. STATS-Link®, a complimentary service offered to STATS customers, provides quick and easy electronic access to STATS reports through the Streck Web site.
