Reagents
Streck hematology reagents include diluents, lysing agents, enzymatic cleansers and detergents. No recalibration is needed when converting from the manufacturer’s reagents to Streck reagents. Streck reagents are formulated and filtered to minimize background counts and provide accurate red blood cell, while blood cell, hemoglobin, mean cell volume and platelet results with whole blood samples and controls. The packaging of Streck reagents is similar to the instrument manufacturer’s packaging configurations.

Streck also manufactures a white cell preservative reagent for immunophenotyping for use as a transport reagent or to batch samples in the lab.
