For Abbott CELL-DYN® 5-Part Differential Instruments
Para 12 Plus Retics is a 5-part white blood cell (WBC) differential hemotology control that monitors all parameters, including reticulocytes, for the Abbott CELL-DYN® 3200, 3500 and 3700 instruments.
It is a CBC control, automated retic control, and a manual retic control all in one, and can replace up to three separate controls by providing:
• CBC/Diff values for all instruments
• Automated reticulocyte values for all instruments
• Manual reticulocyte values for three levels
The assay contains CBC/Diff values and automated and manual reticulocyte values for all three levels. The user need only purchase, inventory, and manage quality control records for one control. Assay value files are available for download (see "Assay Zip Files" below).
Para 12 Plus Retics is packaged in a 3.5ml pierceable cap vial compatible with closed-tube sampling systems.
