Quality Control Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
This technical and focused position will be responsible for supervising the Quality Control staff and assisting the Quality Control Manager with project completion. Primary responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and implementing activities related to product pre-test, assay assignment, final product release, and implementing new quality control programs.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, medical technology, mathematics, statistics or equivalent with at least 5 years of previous experience in a clinical laboratory environment. Previous experience in a quality control role in a clinical laboratory is beneficial, with a working knowledge of industry regulations. Also, previous leadership experience is strongly preferred!
